    Great article. I too used to think cheat days were acceptable but I know exactly what you mean. Cheat days lead to cheat weeks and cheat months. It will disable your progress

      Hi! It is up to you how often you need to cheat. My point is, that I don’t want to cheat myself… So you have to make YOUR decision. But, the more consistent you are, the sooner you will achieve your goals. Good luck and Train Heavy, Train Hard! xoxo Cindy
