Ich dachte, ich brauche nur einen Trainingsplan.Was ich bekam, war ein Spiegel.Und eine klare Stimme, die mir sagte: Hör auf, dich zu sabotieren.Cindy hat meine Ausreden entlarvt – schonungslos, aber nie verletzend. Plötzlich war alles messbar, klar, unumstößlich.Keine Verstecke mehr. Keine Ausweichmanöver.Ich begann, noch mehr Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen (Extreme Ownership) für meinen Körper, meine Zeit, meine Ziele.Die körperlichen Veränderungen sind sehr sichtbar. Aber die wahre Transformation fand im Kopf statt.Cindy ist keine Trainerin. Sie ist ein System. Und ich bin dankbar, dass ich Teil davon bin.

Nach einer längeren Trainingspause habe ich im Februar 2024 meine Fitnessreise im Centurion Club unter der Anleitung von Cindy wieder aufgenommen. Die Entscheidung, hier zu trainieren, war eine der besten, die ich je getroffen habe.Der Club ist eine echte Entdeckung: exklusiv und nie überfüllt, was eine sehr persönliche und fokussierte Atmosphäre schafft. Die hochmodernen Geräte und die sauberen, einladenden Räumlichkeiten machen jedes Workout zu einem Vergnügen.Cindy und ihr Team sind wahre Energiebündel. Ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Fachwissen haben mich tief beeindruckt und motiviert. Cindy is amazing!! She is very kind, professional and is completely dedicated to you. I loved how she first did a body check which I never had till now, then we analyzed my lifestyle and talked about my goals so she can make the best possible nutrition and exercise plan. Her gym is very clean, equipped with all the modern exercise equipment and is in a perfect location. Also a small perk; you get a whey protein shake after your workout so don’t walk, but run to the Centurion Club and achieve your goals!! ;)

Ich trainiere nun seit mehr als einem halben Jahr im Centurion Club bei Cindy und ihrem Team Celestina, kann mir kein besseres privates Gym in Zürich vorstellen! Die langjährige Erfahrung und Professionalität die Cindy mitbringt, haben sich bei mir innerhalb von 3 Monate enorm an meiner Transformation gezeigt, ich kam zu Cindy um Fett zu reduzieren und bin nach 6 Monaten enorm stolz und dankbar was ich durch Cindy,s Arbeit und Motivation in so kurzer Zeit erreicht habe. I asked Cindy for a nutritional and work out plan. She first sent me some questionnaires that I had to answer as detailed as possible. This way Cindy was able to understand my life style, condition, goals etc. Within a few days, Cindy prepared the ideal optimized nutrition plan based upon the types of food I eat and set me up with my split routine with the equipment I have in my home gym. The plans are customized to my needs, are simple to follow and making it easy to meet both my nutritional and work out goals.It is not only fun to stick to the plan it also motivates me to be more strict, improve on a weekly basis, become stronger and see and feel the difference only after a few weeks.Thank you Cindy, can’t wait for the new plans next month!

Hello everyone, my name is Pierluigi Seno, I am Italian, more precisely Piedmontese.I am 46 years old and for 30 years now I have been struggling with my body. I had too much fat mass and despite various diets I have always reduced some body weight, but over the years every time I stopped a diet for a while I returned to my old weight and gained even more..I have been following Cindy for some years on social media. In addition to her exceptional external beauty I came to experience that she is a sweet, nice and helpful person. I discovered that she was also a nutritionist.I asked her for a nutrition plan and her opinion given her remarkable physique. After sending me a questionnaire with multiple questions to understand my body, how I eat in a typical week and what I do for work and physical activity I received a draft of how to organise my structure a few days later. I was able to give her feedbacks and Cindy took the time to make some changes on some food I didn't like. Her responses came back within a day and there was no delay and I was able to start the process immediately.On September 5th, I started the nutritional plan she gave to me, with a total body weight of 132.1 kg.On 5 October with 2 evenings insdie this month where I could not follow the plan because I attended parties, I got on the scale and weighed 119.5 kg, 12.6 kg less in a month!The amazing thing is that I am not hungry during the day and I feel as strong again as I did when I was 25.The second month I dropped to 114 kg, so another 5.5 kg less that add up the weight I lost in my first month, in total so far I lost 18.1 kg body fat.In this month (October 2022) I have celebrated my birthday over 4x evenings to celebrate with so many friends that I have, and practically in the last 12 days I have lost only 0.3 kg. My fault if I have not lost at least another 2-3 kg.I must be honest that in the nutritional plan that the beautiful Cindy advised me there was a 30 minute walk for the first month and 45 minutes from the second, for my laziness and for the increase in work due to the lack of sick staff I walked only 2 times.She also created a physical exercise plan to increase muscle mass and my plan is t in November, at the latest in December, by decreasing work in the factory that I can start my exercises and progress even more.All this happened thanks to the advice of Cindy who besides being a beautiful and very nice woman is a good nutritionist that I would recommend to everyone.A big kiss to Cindy for everything she has done for me, and advice to everyone to trust Cindy's professionalism.

Kleines feines Highend-Gym mit super Geräten und ganz wichtig für mich: keine Prolls und kein Gestöhne. Eine familienfreundliche Atmosphäre, wo ich mich nach einem stressigen Alltag auf mich fokussieren kann. Nach dem Schwitzen, gönne ich mir eine Dusche und einen leckeren CTN Proteinshake. Das Gym ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, so dass es vorher für einen Einkauf reicht und danach für ein kurzes Abendessen. Ich kann den Club wirklich nur weiter empfehlen, vor allem jenen, die sich langfristig entwickeln möchten. Ich freue mich auf die weitere Reise im Centurion Club!

Ich habe lange darüber nachgedacht, ob ich eine Bewertung schreiben soll oder nicht, denn wir alle kaufen manchmal etwas, das am Ende nicht dem entspricht, was angeboten wurde. Ich bin froh, aber auch überrascht, dass die meisten Leute eine gute Bewertung schreiben! Ich denke, jeder hat eine andere Meinung über Kundenservice.Leider ist dies meine Erfahrung. Ich habe das Programm " Komplette Körperanalyse inkl. 2h Beratung mit Cindy Landolt" gebucht. Ich möchte nicht ins Detail gehen, aber es war das schlechteste Geld, das ich ausgegeben habe.Cindy kennt die Details, also gehe ich davon aus, dass sie weiss, wofür ich es ausgegeben habe. Für mich war es einfach nur ein Schwatz. Ein teurer Schwatz. Jedes Video auf youtube hilft mehr.Ich selber hätte das Geld, das ich für diesen "Chat" ausgegeben habe, nicht behalten können, oder zumindest nicht alles, denn es wurde zugegeben, dass nicht alles so gelaufen ist, wie es sollte. Aber ich denke, jeder sieht das halt anders. Das nächste Mal würde ich mich besser informieren, wahrscheinlich bin ich auch kein geeigneter "Centurion"-Kunde. Aber auch das könnte man kommunizieren.

I signed up for a 2 hour nutrition and PT session with Cindy. I was in town for just a few days and wanted to train and learn a little more about the right nutrition approach also. Cindy and her team were awesome. It was a super friendly and motivating environment, and I felt completely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I can honestly say, I learnt more in that 2 hours, about the right combination and balance of training and diet; than I have probably learnt in the last 20 years in totality. It was so worth it and I am extremely grateful for the very tailored and personal approach. I cannot recommend them enough - awesome team and thank you!

Hallo Muskel-FreundeInnenEinfach mega. Ich habe mit 66 kg vor drei Monaten angefangen zu trainieren mit Trainingsplan von Cindy. Ebenfalls den Ernährungsplan voll und ganz gem Cindy eingehalten. Sowie ihr Produkte angewendet. Und heute.... 59,5 kg und gem Auswertung 6,5 kg reine FETTMASSE verloren. Einfach Professionell .... die zwei Treffen mit Cindy war aussergewöhnlich professionell .
