Rebuilding the Centurion Club, producing more Centurion Club Nutrition products, getting a new lounge for the members... so busy the weeks and weekends are flying by and I’m already planning September!

Here a view from my current shape: long working days, less sleep and less recovery than usual had me adjusting my training and going a little easier. Looking a bit more smooth but feeling great and thankful for all the people around me and being a part of this journey.

For the last 6 years I literally lived in my Gym,

For the last 6 years I literally lived in my Gym, trained, worked and even slept in there to maximise every moment. Then the forced break for the last 7 weeks made me stop my work completely and my life changed to perfect cardio, perfect eating and lifting during #covid19 #lockdown made me live like a sports professional 😅..but I can’t wait to finally get back on track, welcoming my Centurion Club Members into the Gym again.

I missed being with my members and all the great people in and around my Gym.. can’t wait for Monday 11th May 😍
